Meet the Executive Director
Keisha Ann Thomas, D.Sc., MBA, BSc
Keisha Ann Thomas is an experienced marketer who has served in the media industry for more than eighteen years, half of which was spent at the management level.
Mrs. Thomas served fifteen years with the National Religious Media Commission, owners and operators of Love 101 FM, and Love Television, working in the capacity of Sales Representative Extraordinaire, and later as Sales and Marketing Manager. During her tenure as Sales and Marketing Manager, Mrs. Thomas spearheaded the successful repositioning and rebranding of Love 101 FM as The Family Station, strategically anchoring the station among the leaders in the media landscape. In 2014, Keisha Thomas accepted an invitation from Northern Caribbean University to serve in the capacity of Sales and Marketing Manager of the NCU Media Group; NCU FM, and NCU Television.
Mrs. Thomas was the master mind behind the successful repositioning of the NCU Media Group “For Education and Wellness” and, she spearheaded the repositioning process which yielded phenomenal results for the organization. Among those results were:

Immediate growth spurt leading to NCU FM’s market share being more than doubled within months of the repositioning and rebranding

NCU FM becoming the industry leader in Education and Wellness, capitalizing on a first to market opportunity which gave rise to a surge in wellness focused programs across the local media landscape on both radio and television.

Revenue growth of more than 72% in just over three years.
She was the visionary and conceptualizer of NCU FM’s 14 in 14 Education and Wellness Challenge and the NCU FM Acts of Kindness High School Tour, to name a few success stories.
Keisha holds a Masters Degree In Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Technology (UTech), and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, Marketing from the University College of the Caribbean (UCC).
